Meet the RE-volv Solar Ambassadors!About the Fellowship
As a Solar Ambassador, you'll have the power to make a positive impact on your campus and in your community. You’ll talk with local nonprofits about the benefits of going solar. You'll work hand-in-hand with RE-volv and solar installers to learn about project management. You’ll have networking opportunities with industry professionals.

Who we are looking for:
The RE-volv Solar Ambassador fellowship program is open to all college and university students located in the United States who are interested in getting real-world professional experience while making an impact!
If you’re interested in climate change, solar, renewable and clean energy, climate justice, and sustainability - this is the fellowship for you. Ambassadors must be able to commit to approximately 120 hours of programming throughout the academic year.

Requirements
- Form a team of college students or community members.
- Get trained! Complete our online Training Course and virtual Solar Ambassador Leadership Summit in the fall.
- Work with community-serving nonprofits in your area to help them go solar with RE-volv.
- Educate your community and host events about the benefits of solar and renewable energy.
Eligibility
- The Solar Ambassador Program is open to college and university students located in the United States who are interested in a career in solar, renewables, climate justice or sustainability.
- Able to commit to roughly 120 hours of programing throughout the school year (August- May).

RE-volv's Solar Ambassador Fellowship
The Solar Ambassador Fellowship is a year-long fellowship for college students who want to prepare for solar careers while helping a community-serving organization near their campus go solar! RE-volv trains ambassadors in solar policy, community engagement, and project management. In turn, the Solar Ambassadors educate their campus communities about solar energy, develop a deep understanding of the energy sector, produce a tangible reduction in carbon emissions, and build a national network of environmental stewards.
